We are now looking for Customer Support Specialist to join our Business Enablers team!

We’re looking for Customer Support Specialist to join Tori.fi, Finland’s leading online marketplace and driver in circular economy. This is a full time job in the city centre of Helsinki, in a nice and cozy office. 

We are offering an interesting and challenging job in an energetic and awesome team! Your main responsibilities are taking care of customer support for Tori users and customers. You will reply messages via email and answer phone calls and also do ad moderation in Finnish as a part of your daily work. Job includes also supporting sales team and ensuring the excellent quality of customer service in all channels. We hope that you will have proactive work style and you are eager to take initiative in customer support in Tori-asunnot service. 

As a Customer Support Specialist you are the first contact point for Tori users and customers. Therefore we are looking for a person who has positive and open-minded attitude and a systematic way of working. Creating successful customer experiences makes you happy, you enjoy solving problems and you are always ready to learn more!

Your main responsibilities as Customer Support Specialist

  • Customer service and support for Tori customers via email and phone
  • Ensuring great customer experience in all customer service channels
  • Participating in development of customer support processes 

You will succeed in this role if you have: 

  • Work experience in relevant tasks, such as customer care/support/service or other customer service related positions
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (also in writing)
  • Fluent in written and spoken Finnish and English
  • Proactive and excellent problem solving attitude
  • You thrive under pressure and enjoy systematic work
  • You are eager to develop customer service processes

These are seen as strong pluses:

  • Experience in apartment rental market customer support
  • Experience using Zendesk or similar systems
  • Experience with working CRM tools
